Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy 1. 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations and rescheduled appointments within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the total service amount. This fee is non-refundable. 2. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 75% of the scheduled service amount. This fee is also non-refundable. Additionally, no-show clients will be blocked from booking future services. 3. Late Policy I have a 15 minute late policy. All clients more than 15 minutes late will have to reschedule their appointment and will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% non-refundable. 4. No Children or Guests Policy Due to limited space and to maintain a calm, focused environment, no children or additional guests are allowed during your appointment. If you arrive with a child or guest, they will be kindly asked to wait in the car or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Our salon is a small, carefully curated space, and extra people can be distracting and make it difficult for us to perform our best work. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide a safe, relaxing experience for everyone. This policy is in place to respect both my time and other clients’ scheduling needs. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms, and charges incurred from late cancellations or no-shows are final. A non-refundable 50% fee for having to cancel/reschedule due to bringing a guest/child will be incurred. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy! 5. Nail Art Policy You MUST book for nail art if you want nail art for your appointment. If you book for just luminary or gelx we will only have time for one color. If you show up to your appointment and you didn’t book nail art I will not have the time I need for the design you want. Please book nail art or you will only be able to get one solid color. 6.) New Client Reschedule Policy Clients are allowed to reschedule up to two times in a row. After two consecutive reschedules, any further appointment requests will be denied. To rebook after this point, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service total will be required to secure a new appointment. This policy helps protect my time and ensures fairness to all clients.
