Cancellation & No-Show Policy 1. 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the total service amount. This fee is non-refundable. 2. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. This fee is also non-refundable. Additionally, no-show clients will be blocked from booking future services. 3. Exceptions for Emergencies: I understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable last-minute issue, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options. However, please note that repeat cancellations or no-shows may result in limited flexibility for future accommodations. 4. I have a 15 minute late policy. All clients more than 15 minutes late will have to reschedule their appointment and will be charged a late cancellation fee. This policy is in place to respect both my time and other clients’ scheduling needs. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms, and charges incurred from late cancellations or no-shows are final. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy!
